BCBAbby Exam Prep provides study materials, mock examinations, and quizzes designed to assist users in preparing for behavior analysis certification exams. We are an independent preparation tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®).

2. No Guarantee of Success

While our materials are designed to align with the current Task List (e.g., BCBA Task List 5th or 6th Edition), we do not guarantee that using this app will result in a passing score on any official examination.

  • Mock exam scores are intended for practice only.

  • BCBAbby Exam Prep is not responsible for any failed exam attempts or subsequent fees.

3. Professional Disclaimer

The content within this app is for educational purposes only.

  • It does not constitute professional clinical advice or supervision.

4. Intellectual Property

All content—including quiz questions, explanations, graphics, and the "BCBAbby" branding—is the exclusive property of BCBAbby Exam Prep.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not copy, record, screenshot, or redistribute any exam questions or materials for commercial use or sharing in "study groups" outside of the app.

  • Violation of this clause may lead to immediate account termination without refund.

5. Subscription and Refunds

  • Billing: Subscriptions are managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for digital content once it has been accessed. Refund requests must be directed to the respective App Store through which the purchase was made.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the app, bypass security measures, or use automated bots to "scrape" data or questions from our database.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCBAbby Exam Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or your performance on official certification exams.
